£20 Credit Terms and Condition
- Offer valid until 11:59pm GMT Wednesday 31 January 2019.
- Please inform customer services team via email at email@example.com or call on 01252 494141 and inform them that you applied for the switch over after seeing the offer on the GnERGY and Eagle Radio page.
- Offer is available to new customers who sign up to GnERGY online and remain connected with GnERGY for a minimum of 10 business days. These customer will be entitled to bill credits of up to £20. Credit will be applied after the first payment and bill is generated.
- Eligible customers will be entitled to earn generous discounts off usage and supply charges, credited to their current bill, when their account is not already in credit and they pay on time using an approved payment method.
- The credit on the first bill will only be applied after the Eligible Customer's energy service has been successfully switched to GnERGY. This process may take up to 90 days. (The average time for a switch over is 21 days however this process might be delayed if an objection is applied to the switchover). Customers can check the progress of their energy account by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01252 494141.
- Available to new GnERGY accounts who sign up to dual fuel only.
- Offer not available with any other promotion, promo code or offer and is not transferable.
- Limit one per eligible customer.
- All other conditions of the GnERGY Terms & Conditions and relevant Pricing Documents apply to the customer's agreement with GnERGY.
- Promotion Benefits may be withdrawn if payment fails at any stage.
- Promotion terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and promotion may be withdrawn without notice.
