We do not think you need to have lots of different bills for your gas and electricity. That is why we only send you one bill that includes both charges.
We don't mind if you pay your bill by direct debit, internet banking or by credit/debit card. It's your choice, you choose whichever way works best for you!
Don't worry about trying to remember when your meter reading is due. Our customer service team will keep an eye on it for you and let you know when it needs to be done.
