I have credit on my account, how do I get this back?
If you have credit on your account, we can readjust your direct debit payments to either match your current energy usage or lower the direct debit slightly. We will also offer you the option for the sum to be refunded. The refund process will take is up to 10 working days (Mon-Fri) to be fullfilled. If you have a credit over £500 we will need you to send us a picture of your meter(s) so that we can make sure the bill is absolutly correct and the readings have not been misread.Go back to help centre
