Q: Do I need to tell my old supplier before I switch?

You are not required to inform your old supplier about your intended switchover to GnERGY. We do all that is necessary to ensure a hassle-free switchover. All we need is your opening meter readings to close your account with the existing supplier to allow them to produce your final bill with the company.

As informed earlier your opening readings with GnERGY is used for both purposes ie open your GnERGY account and to close your old account.

Q: I have a prepayment meter – can I join?

Thank you for considering joining GnERGY. As much as we’d love to welcome you aboard, as a small supplier we currently cannot support prepayment meters but please do note this is likely to change in the future.

Should you still prefer to switch over to GnERGY and why not then all you need to do is call your existing supplier and have them change your prepayment meter to a credit meter. Then we ready to go.

Q: How do I switch to GnERGY?

We have 3 simple ways for you to switch to us:
